AlertCops

Service provided through a free application on mobile devices, which provides a direct channel with the State Security Forces and Corps to report an event of which one is a victim or witness. During the Covid pandemic, the service was disseminated focusing especialy on victims of intimate partners violence (IPV) and a new SOS button was included, allowing quick exit from the app to victims of IPV and health personnel, while requesting discreetly immediate assistance from the State Security Forces and Corps, together with an audio recording attachment to allow officers to assess the risk.
