Description

GENERAL MEASURE: A Law on Social services has been adopted and entered into force in 2021. The law regulates the provision, use, planning, financing, quality, control and monitoring of social services in the Republic of Bulgaria. (2) The objectives of this law are: 1. guaranteeing equal access to social services meeting the individual needs of individuals; 2. guaranteeing the quality and efficiency of social services; 3. ensuring the right of every person to support for living in a home environment and in the community; 4. promotion of the integrated approach in providing support to individuals; 5. promotion and development of public-private partnership in the provision of social services.
